Mysuru: Independent candidate from Chamaraja Constituency K. Harish Gowda released the election manifesto, the first of its kind by any independent candidate, at a press meet at Pathrakartara Bhavan here this morning.
Briefing on the salient points of his manifesto, Harish Gowda said that he proposed to set up a public service centre at every ward in Chamaraja Constituency with regular grievances meet involving the public. He assured to supply potable drinking water to all by establishing a dispensing unit in every ward. He asserted that he would win the election without offering any freeties to voters.
