Periyapatna: K.P. Chandrashekaraiah (72), a former President of Periyapatna taluk Unit of Akhila Bharata Veerashaiva Mahasabha, passed away here on Thursday night.
He leaves behind his wife, 2 daughters, a son and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were performed at his farmland at Kandegala in the taluk on Friday.
