K. Prakash (63), son of late Jayadeva and Sharadamma couple and a resident of Vidyanagar here, passed away yesterday in city.
A businessman, he leaves behind his wife Bharati, daughter Shilpa, son Shreyas and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were held at the foot of Chamundi Hill in city yesterday evening, according to family sources.
