K.R. Pet MLA falls ill

K.R. Pet: K.R. Pet JD(S) MLA K.C. Narayanagowda, who had filed his nomination as the JD(S) candidate yesterday morning, took ill later in the evening and was treated at a local hospital.

Narayanagowda, who was upset after JD(S) Supremo issued the party’s ‘C’ form to another aspirant B.L. Devaraj, had staged a protest along with his supporters at the town’s Bommegowda Circle on   Mysuru – Channarayapatna Road later in the evening, when the MLA took ill due to severe fluctuations in his Blood Pressure, it is learnt.
