K.S. Krishnaswamy (92), retired Head Master and a resident of the town, passed away at a private hospital in Mysuru this morning. He had served for over 35 years as an Advisor of Taluk Teachers Co-operative Society.
He leaves behind son Sudarshan, an engineer, three daughters and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were held on the banks of Kapila River this afternoon, according to family sources.
