Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) will be conducting the K-SET (Karnataka State Eligibility Test) for appointment of Assistant Professors in Degree Colleges of the State on Jan. 13. The applicants are required to download their Hall Tickets from the website: http://kea.kar.nic.in, according to KEA Executive Director S. Ramya. The exam will take place in two sessions (10 am to 11 am and 12 noon to 2 pm) and the candidates will not be allowed to go outside the exam hall in the break period. The candidates are required to strictly follow the dress code for the exam. Also, the candidates cannot carry devices such as bluetooth, mobile phone, electronic gadgets, pendrive, earphone, wristwatch, microphone, pencil, eraser, geometry box, Logarithm table etc., The candidates cannot wear cap and mask. The women candidates cannot wear any jewellery other than Mangalasutra (Thali) and Kalungara (toe finger ring).
