K.T. Hemanna (66), a retired LIC officer and a resident of M.G. Koppal in the city, passed away here on Friday.
He leaves behind his wife Rathnamma, a son, a daughter and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at his native village Kennalu in Pandavapura taluk yesterday, according to family sources.
