Kaladeekshe programme of Srihari V. Uliyaru (1st std. student of Vijaya Vittala), will be held tomorrow (Apr.9) at Udupi Sri Krishna Mandira at Shivarampet at 11 am. The Kaladeekshe will be given by Karnatak vocalist and flautist Vid. Dr. C.A. Sridhar. Former Minister S.A. Ramdas, Vijaya Vittala Educational Institutions Hon. Secretary R. Vasudev Bhat, Sri Krishna Trust President M.K. Puranik, Vijaya Vittala Vidyashala Principal S.P. Asha, Vijaya Vittala PU College Principal H. Satyaprasad and others will be present. An audio CD titled ‘Bhakta Prahlada’ by Lalitha Uliyaru will be released on the occasion. This part, exhibition of Mysuru-style paintings of artist G. Vasudeva Uliyaru will be held on the occasion.
