Kandrathanda Mittu Poonacha (82), a resident of No. 102, Brigade Parkway, 2nd Main, Vontikoppal, passed away this morning in city.
He leaves behind his brother Kandrathanda Sunny Muthappa, sister Padma Shri awardee Imudiyanda Rani Machaiah and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were held at Muktidhama in Vijayanagar 4th Stage today.
