District Administration will be celebrating Kannada Rajyotsava on Nov. 1 at University of Mysore Athletic Grounds (Oval Grounds) on Nov. 1. Social Welfare and District In-charge Minister Dr. H.C. Mahadevappa will unfurl the flag at 9 am followed by showering of flower petals on the portrait of Goddess Bhuvaneshwari.
