Jana Chaitanya Foundation, Mysuru, has organised ‘Kannadave Satya – Kannadave Nitya’ musical evening tomorrow (Aug. 18) at 4.40 pm at Nadabrahma Sangeetha Sabha on JLB Road in city. Light music, folk songs and devotional songs will be sung during the programme. District Kannada Sahitya Parishat President Maddikere Gopal will preside. Kannada and Culture Department Joint Director V.N. Mallikarjunaswamy, Assistant Director Dr. M.D. Sudarshan, Psychiatrist Dr. Rekha Manashanthi, Gynaecologist Dr. Rekha Arun and others will be the chief guests.
Singer Amma Ramachandra will be the special invitee. Singers Dr. Rekha Arun, Gururaj, Umesh, Satyavathi, Tirumallesh, N. Lokesh, Gowri Oswal and others will perform, according to Foundation President R. Lakshman.
