Karthanda Indira (Puchimanda-Buttangala), Principal of Rotary School at Virajpet and a resident of Yavakapadi in Kakkabbe, passed away yesterday morning at the School following a heart attack. She was 55. She leaves behind her husband Subbaiah, one daughter and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were held at Yavakapadi yesterday.
