Mysuru: The H.D. Kote Police, who are investigating the robbery case of Kaveri Grammena Bank, Kyathanahalli Branch, located at Alanahalli Gate in H.D. Kote taluk, have intensified their probe.
The miscreants, after removing the iron roads of the window, had entered the Bank wearing masks and had decamped with about 12 kg gold ornaments and Rs.6 lakh cash kept in the Bank’s vault. Based on the CCTV footages, it is confirmed that the robbery had taken place on Saturday night.
In this backdrop, the Police are investigating in all angles and have interrogated the Bank’s staff till late night on Sept.3. As the Police have got no clues, they are collecting information from the villagers about strangers who had come to the village recently.
