The women’s volleyball team of University of Mysore (UoM), taking part in the inaugural Khelo India University Games 2020 being held at Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT), Bhubaneswar, yesterday beat Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, 25-23, 25-17, 25-17 and entered the semi-finals.
In the earlier match, UoM beat Kurukshetra University 25-23, 25-21, 25-21 to forge ahead.
