Recently, I took my wife for cataract surgery at K.R. Hospital after coming to know of the expensive cost in private hospitals. There was a mad rush in the hospital. To my astonishment, the OPD slip generating staff and the billing staff were discharging their duties very efficiently.
The security and sub-staff regulated the crowd in such a way that we were able to reach the doctor smoothly.
The cleaning staff, technicians, nursing staff at Ophthalmology Department were punctual and service-minded.
Dr. Satish, Professor and HoD, Ophthalmology, was very courteous to the needs of all the patients irrespective of their financial and social status. He was friendly with every patient and ensured treatment to all.
The Department is equipped with modern instruments and a team of excellent young and service-minded staff.
Kudos to K.R. Hospital authorities and staff concerned for this excellent service to people.
