Kumaraswamy, Deve Gowda to leave for America today

Bengaluru: Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy (HDK), who was busy with Grama Vaastavya (village stay) and other functions is taking a break for a week and will be leaving to America today (June 28 to July 6) on a private visit.

HDK who was staying in Ujalamba village in Bidar district yesterday returned to Bengaluru this morning and later chaired the Cabinet Committee meeting. He will then leave for America at night along with former PM and JD(S) Supremo H.D. Deve Gowda.  

Sources said that Kumaraswamy will be participating in a programme organised by Adichunchanagiri Mutt to lay the foundation stone for the construction of a Kalabhyraveshwara Temple to be taken up by it in New Jersey on June 30.
