Mysuru: Deputy Commissioner D. Randeep has said that the last meeting to resolve Kurubarahalli Survey No. 4 and Alanahalli Survey No. 41 rows will be held in a week, following which a confidential report will be submitted to the Revenue Department Principal Secretary.
The DC, who held a closed-door meeting in this regard at his office here yesterday, said that the Government has given one-month deadline to submit the report for ending the row.
Pointing out that there were 63 petitions pending in the Court regarding Kurubarahalli Survey No. 4, the DC said that all these petitions have been listed. The Additional Secretary of Revenue Department, who took part in the yesterday’s meeting, has given some suggestions on including some points in the report to be submitted to the Government. Accordingly, another round of meeting involving Revenue Department officials will be held, wherein the report will be finalised, the DC said.
Stressing on the need for preparing the report in 10 days as the one-month deadline is nearing, Randeep said that the MUDA has been asked to provide more information on layout formation and to explain further why the landed properties coming under the two Survey Numbers be dropped from ‘B Kharab’ land classification.
After receiving more inputs from the MUDA in this regard, the confidential report that is to be submitted to the Government, will be finalised at the last meeting and later submitted to the Revenue Department Principal Secretary, the DC Said.
