Mysuru/Bengaluru: The Government-constituted eight-member committee to look into the 43 writ petitions on Kurubarahalli Survey No. 4 and Alanahalli Survey No. 41 and others, began the meeting this afternoon at Room No. 510, Revenue Department, MS Building, Bengaluru.
The meeting chaired by Mysuru DC D. Randeep is being held in Bengaluru as some of the Revenue Department officers are not able to attend the meeting in Mysuru.
Additional DC, MUDA Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, Revenue Department (Land Allotment), Consultant, Revenue Department, Representative of Legal Department, Legal Advisor, DC Office are the other members in the eight-member committee.
The previous meeting was held on July 17 at the Court Hall of the DC Office in Mysuru. The Principal Secretary, Revenue Department Dr. E.V. Ramana Reddy had directed the DC to submit a report within a month. It is not yet known, whether the report will be submitted today regarding the objections raised as to why the properties in Survey No. 4 or Survey No. 41 should not be included under ‘B-Kharab’ land and other issues.
