Bengaluru: Days after Cabinet expansion, the Congress High Command gave a final nod for the allocation of portfolios of its newly-inducted Ministers on Thursday night.
M.B. Patil, who was inducted into the H.D. Kumaraswamy led coalition Government on Dec.22, was given the plum Home Ministry, which was hitherto held by Deputy CM Dr. G. Parameshwara. The portfolios of the other seven newly-inducted Ministers are as follows: R.B. Thimmapur – Skill Development, M.T.B. Nagaraj – Housing, P.T. Parameshwar Naik – Muzarai and IT&BT, C.S. Shivalli – Municipal Administration and Ports, Rahim Khan – Youth Services and Sports, Satish Jarkiholi – Forest, E. Tukaram – Medical Education.
