Machanda S. Karumbaiah (80), retired Assistant Commissioner (KAS) and a resident of V.V. Mohalla 15th Cross, passed away last evening at a private hospital in city.
He leaves behind his wife Kamala, two sons, daughters-in-law and a host of relatives and friends. His body was donated to JSS Medical College today at 12 noon as per his wish, according to family sources.
