M. Shivakumar (66), retired Cauvery Neeravari Nigam Limited (CNNL) Chief Engineer and a resident of No. 676, Shibhashree Nilaya, Kanakadasanagar, Dattagalli 3rd Stage, passed away this morning in city. He leaves behind his wife, one son, one daughter and a host of relatives and friends.
Shivakumar was responsible for the completion of the Outer Ring Road and construction of Hinkal Flyover during his tenure as the Superintending Engineer of Mysuru Urban Development Authority (now Mysuru Development Authority).
Last rites were held at Muktidhama in Vijayanagar 4th Stage this afternoon.
