Mahadevappa (70), a retired staff of Chamarajanagar District Treasury and a resident of Halepura in Nanjangud taluk, passed away yesterday.
He leaves behind his wife, a daughter, two sons including Mahesh, a teacher of Marimallappa Educational Institutions in city, and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at Halepura this afternoon.
