Mahajana’s College has bagged Overall Team Championship in the three-day Mysore University Inter-Collegiate, Inter-Zonal Men’s Sports Meet 2022-23. While Maharaja’s College secured second place, Mysore Institute of Commerce and Arts (MICA) stood third.
About 800 sports persons from 40 colleges took part in the various events organised as part of this Sports Meet in city.
The prizes were distributed in the valedictory ceremony held at Sports Pavilion of University of Mysore on Friday. Registrar (Evaluation) Prof. K.M. Mahadevan, Syndcate Member Dr. Chaitra Narayan and Senior Journalist Amshi Prasannakumar distributed the prizes.
University of Mysore’s Department of Physical Education (DPE) Director Dr. C. Venkatesh, Deputy Director P. Krishnaiah and others were present.
