As part of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s 66th Mahaparinirvana programme, the District Administration, Mysuru, will be garlanding the statue of Dr. Ambedkar in front of Town Hall in city on Dec. 6 at 9.30 am, according to a press release from National Festivals Celebrations Committee President & Deputy Commissioner G. Lakshmikanth Reddy.
