Mahesh (45), Revenue Inspector at Varuna in the taluk and a resident of N.R. Mohalla in city, passed away in the wee hours of today following heart attack. He leaves behind his wife, two daughters and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at the N.R. Mohalla Burial Grounds near Thibbadevi Theatre here this afternoon, according to family sources.
Mahesh was appointed as the Village Accountant (VA) on compassionate grounds at Chamarajanagar taluk in 1995 and also served as the VA at Nanjangud and Mysuru taluks. He was promoted as the Revenue Inspector in 2014 and served as the CT Revenue Inspector in Mysuru till Sept. 2018 and was transferred to Varuna hobli where he was serving till his demise.
