Dalit organisations, along with Dalit Student associations, Dr.B.R.Ambedkar associations and several progressive thinkers, will be celebrating ‘Mahisha Dasara’ in city tomorrow. Announcing this at a press meet here yesterday, Karnataka Samvidhana Samrakshana Horata Samiti President N. Bhaskar said that the annual Mahisha Dasara will be celebrated by showering flower petals on the statue of Mahishasura atop Chamundi Hill at 9 am tomorrow, following which a rally will be held at Town Hall in the heart of the city at 11 am.
