Malavika Avinash Star attraction

Actress Malavika Avinash who recently made news as a probable candidate for K.R. Constituency is seen with BJP minority leader Anwar Manippady and former MLA A.R. Krishnamurthy.

Mysuru: Actress Malavika Avinash was sitting in the front row at the State BJP meet. Speaking to Star of Mysore, she said, “I came early and sat here as I did not want to create any confusion. I am sorry that I am not able to get up as I have fractured my leg.”

Asked where it had happened, she replied, “I had gone to Coorg for a holiday. I always walk very fast and it was one of my unlucky days where I twisted my leg. I am in a plaster and not able to get up.” Prodded for her reaction about contesting the 2018 Assembly election from K.R. Constituency in Mysuru, she said, “Now is not the time to talk about it. I will definitely talk later.”

When this question about Malavika was posed to former Minister S.A. Ramdas, a ticket aspirant from KR, he just dismissed it by saying that they were mere rumours.
