Sir,
I would like to draw the attention of authorities concerned towards the pathetic condition of Male Mahadeshwara Road from Nazarbad Police Station to Nandini Milk junction. The busy road is full of potholes. Unfortunately, it was not asphalted during our beloved PM Modi’s recent Mysuru visit though all the adjoining roads, though in good condition, were re-asphalted!
This is one of the busiest roads of Mysuru as thousands of commuters use this road since it is a connecting road to several residential layouts.
Vehicles moving towards Kollegal, T.Narasipur and Malavalli also use this road.
Recently, ex-Mayor Sandesh Swamy also did an inspection of the road along with MCC Commissioner wherein it was stated that the road will be broadened shortly. Leave alone broadening and asphalting, even potholes are not filled.
Some potholes are so big and scary, it pains to see young School and College-going children riding cycles/two-wheelers in this road with lot of anxiety and fear. On behalf of thousands of motorists, I request the authorities concerned to take needy action at the earliest before monsoon intensifies.
