Mysore/Mysuru: A man has been found bludgeoned to death at the corridor of CADA Office on Sunday night. The incident came to night when CADA Office staff came to work and found the body in a pool of blood with the head smashed with a large stone.
KR Inspector Mahadevaswamy and staff, who rushed to the spot, conducted mahazar, registered a case and shifted the body to MMC&RI mortuary.
The Cops came to know that the deceased was a beggar, who used to seek alms from people around the CADA Office and sleep on the corridor at night. The Inspector said that though they have collected CCTV footages of the cameras installed in CADA Office, the footage was not clear. Once the identity of the deceased is established, it would be very helpful in the investigation of the case, Inspector Mahadevaswamy added.
