Mandya: Mandya Police have arrested three more persons involved in the female foeticide cases in Pandavapura, Melukote and Bellur Police limits in the district, taking the total number of arrests to 15.
Those arrested are 55-year-old Ramakrishna of Bevinahalli village in Bannur, T. Narasipur, 38-year-old Somashekar Patil of Adishakthi Layout in Mysuru and 22-year-old Guru of Bannur town.
The Police have seized scanning equipment, three cars and mobile phones from them. All the 3 accused have been remanded to Judicial custody.
The Special Police team, which was constituted to nab those involved in female foeticide cases, is continuing the investigation.
