Mysore/Mysuru: Mysuru district has been witnessing scorching heat in the last few days and there is no escape from the unbearable weather condition for another five days, as per the forecast of University of Agricultural Sciences (UAS), Bengaluru and Indian Meteorological Department (IMD).
According to Agro-Advisory Bulletin for Mysuru district issued jointly by UAS and IMD through Gramin Krishi Mausam SEWA, AMFU, Organic Farming Research Station (OFRS), Naganahalli, Mysuru, dated Apr. 2, the maximum temperature on Mar. 30 was recorded at 36.3 degree Celsius, 36.5 degree Celsius on Mar. 31 and 36.6 degree Celsius on Apr. 1.
The forecast for next five days from Apr. 3 to Apr.7 is as follows: Apr. 3 – 36 degree Celsius and on Apr. 4, Apr. 5, Apr. 6 and Apr. 7, it would be 37 degree Celsius. However, there would be partial cloudy sky with very light rainfall expected from Apr. 3 to Apr. 7 in Mysuru district, according to IMD.
