Mazhar Pasha (71), former Chairman of Mandya District Wakf Board Advisory Committee and a resident of Srirangapatna, passed away following a heart attack yesterday morning.
He leaves behind his wife, sons Irfan Ahmed, Wakf Officer, Tipu Sultan Wakf Estate at Srirangapatna and Rizwan Pasha, Manager at KSTDC and a host of relatives and friends.
Namaz-e-Janaza was performed yesterday after Isha Salath at Arab Saheb Choti Masjid at Ganjam in Srirangapatna, followed by the burial at the Muslim Burial Grounds at Ganjam.
