Mysuru: ‘Vidyuth-2019,’ the Annual Technical and Cultural Fest of Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering (VVCE), organised in association with NSS and Red Cross Youth Wing was held at the college premises in city recently.
The technical fest was inaugurated by Mysuru City Corporation Commissioner Shilpa Nag, who donated blood thus exhibiting her commitment to social services.
Various technical events such as Mini Project exhibition, technical quiz, paper presentation and cultural events like voice of VVCE, dance war, fashion show, battle of bands and other events were held. The special guests Asees Kaur, Sanjith Hegde, Channappa Huddar and Zaeden performed during the fest.
MCC Commissioner Shilpa Nag was given a certificate for donating blood.
Vidyavardhaka Sangha (VVS) Hon. President Gundappa Gowda, Hon. Secretary P. Vishwanath, Hon. Treasurer Shreeshaila Ramannavar, VVCE Principal Dr. B. Sadashive Gowda, Cultural Head Prof. S.B. Devaraj, Coordinator of NSS and Youth Red Cross Wing Prof. K. Gopal Reddy and others were present.
