Mysore/Mysuru: With a good number of beneficiaries of HUDCO, EWS, MIG and HIG houses allotted by the earlier CITB and MUDA (now MDA) found defaulting on payment of equated instalments, the MDA (Mysuru Development Authority) has issued a final notice to such defaulters, asking them to pay the instalment dues latest by the extended deadline of Dec. 31, 2026. The earlier deadline was Mar. 31, 2021.
The Mysuru Development Authority will cancel the allotment of houses to such beneficiaries who fail to clear the pending instalments before the extended deadline of Dec. 31, 2026 and take possession of the houses of defaulters.
