The Mysore District Chess Association (MDCA) will be conducting a Open Chess Tournament on Feb.17 at the University Lions Hall, Mysuru.
Prizes will be given for the first three place winners in the U-8, U-12, U-16 (boys & girls). Open winners will be given cash prizes up to the fifth place.
Last date for entries is Feb.16. Entry fee Rs.250.

Players are requested to bring their own chess sets for the tournament.
