The fighters of Elite Academy, Mysuru, won a total of 37 medals in different categories of the Mysuru District Inter-Club Kick-boxing Championship 2020-2021 (Cadet, Junior and Senior) organised by Elite Academy and Mysore District Kick-boxing Association at the Academy premises in Rajivnagar 2nd Stage in city recently. The event was sponsored by Xspeed and Nimish Sports. The Academy also won the Rolling Trophy in Championship which saw more than 100 kick-boxers in action in various events like Point Fighting, Kick Light, Light Contact, Full Contact, Low Kick, K1 and Musical Forms.
All the Fighters were trained by Mohamed Farjath Iyaz, Chief Instructor and Founder of Elite Academy. Iyaz, Organising Secretary of Karnataka Kick-boxing Association, is also WAKO Asian Medallist and Asian Kick-boxing Referee / Judge. The medal-winning fighters — (from left – back row) Md.
