Mysuru: The Job Fair organised by the Maharaja Education Trust (MET) for the fifth year in succession at Maharaja Institute of Technology, Mysuru, was inaugurated recently by the members of MET.
The previous 4 editions were a grand success catering to job aspirants from across the country. The job fair focused on providing jobs for residents of Karnataka only, starting from the previous edition.
This one day mega event provided a platform to meet at least 10,000 job aspirants (from all disciplines – SSLC to any degree) with more than 150 employers from Karnataka.
Dr. B. G. Naresh Kumar, Principal, MITM, announced that the MET is organising this as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility. Dr. S. Murali, President, MET, promised to organise such events every year.
Appointment orders were issued to many selected job aspirants.
