Former MP from Mysuru C.H. Vijayashankar took charge as the new Governor of Meghalaya yesterday. Chief Justice of the High Court of Meghalaya, S. Vaidyanathan, administered oath of Office at Raj Bhavan. The Governor said that his priority was progress and development in the State.
