Meriyanda K. Thimmaiah (Chimma), an advocate and a resident of No. 333, 16th Cross, Gokulam 2nd Stage, passed away yesterday morning in city. He was 91.
He leaves behind his wife Sharada, one son, one daughter, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren, brother Meriyanda K. Poovaiah (advocate in Virajpet) and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites will be held tomorrow (Apr. 27) at 11 am at Muktidhama in Vijayanagar 4th Stage after his daughter arrives from the USA.
