Mysuru: Minister for Primary and Secondary Education, Auqaf and Minorities Development Tanveer Sait laid the foundation stone for construction of a dome over the tomb of Dargah-e-Hazrath Syed Haleem Pasha Khadri, at Haleemnagar here on Tuesday, at an estimated cost of Rs. 10 lakh.
Later, the Minister offered floral tributes to the tomb of Hazrath Syed Haleem Pasha Khadri.
Speaking on the occasion, Tanveer Sait said that the work on UGD and water pipelines was completed. Besides this, Rs. 98 lakh has been sanctioned by the Department of Minorities Development for laying concrete road, providing other civic amenities and overall development of Haleemnagar and surrounding areas.
He also inspected the Government Schools at Haleemnagar and interacted with the teachers who felicitated him with a garlanded.
