Case registered against six persons including former Presidents and Secretarries
Mysore/Mysuru: Following an order from city’s Fourth ACJM and JMFC Court, Saraswathipuram Police have registered a case against six persons including two former Presidents and two Secretaries of Raju Kshatriya Trust, located on Pampapathi Road in Saraswatipuram, on charges of misappropriation of Trust’s Rs. 53.33 lakh.
Case has been registered against former Presidents 66-year-old M.V. Deviprasad and 66-year-old N.S. Rajendra, Secretaries 85-year-old K.V. Partharaju and 61-year-old H.R. Srinivasaraju and Trustees 47-year-old M.P. Muralidhar and 60-year-old Manjunath.
Trust’s present Secretary M.N. Sudarshan Raju, in his complaint to the Court, has stated that the six accused, who were the office-bearers of the Trust from 2015 to 2022, had violated the Administrative Board and the Trust Bylaws and had misused Rs. 53,33,628, thus betraying the Trust.
Following an order from the Court, Saraswathipuram Police have registered a case against the accused under IPC section 406, 420 read with 34 and are investigating.
