Mysuru: In separate cases, Police have registered cases pertaining to theft of a laptop, house burglary and chit fund fraud at various Police limits in city.
In the first case, a laptop of Linomo Think has been stolen from his room at Railway Layout in Vijayanagar 2nd Stage on Oct.10.
Linomo, on Oct.10 afternoon, had locked his room and had gone out on some work. When he returned, he found the laptop stolen and lodged a complaint at Vijayanagar Police Station.
In the second case, burglars, who gained entry into a house at Ramakrishnanagar E&F Block on Sept.25, have decamped with 15 grams gold ornaments and Rs.5,000 cash from the house.
The burglary took place at the house of one Murari, who had locked the house on Sept.25 night and had gone out of station. When he returned on Sept.27, the burglary came to light and he immediately lodged a complaint at Kuvempunagar Police Station.
