Mysore/Mysuru: The ongoing Irwin Road widening and development works, taken up at a cost of Rs. 4 crore, will be completed in two months.
With the works being expedited, MLA L. Nagendra inspected the progress of the works yesterday.
During the inspection, Nagendra instructed the officials to fast track the widening (18 metres) of 550-metre stretch of the road leading from Government Ayurveda College Circle to Nehru Circle (Head Post Office Circle) and throw open this very important road in the heart of the city for vehicular movement.
MCC Zone-4 Zonal Officer Nagaraj and other officials accompanied the MLA.
