Bengaluru: MLC Suraj Revanna, arrested in the case of unnatural offences, has been remanded to one week custody of Criminal Investigation Department (CID) till July 1.
Judge of Special Court For People’s Representatives, who admitted the application of CID seeking the custody of Suraj, for further questioning on Monday, considered the plea after hearing the arguments and counter arguments of the advocates in the case.
Suraj, who was arrested in the case by CEN Police in Hassan on Sunday, had been produced before the Judge of 42nd Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate’s (ACMM) Court, at the latter’s residence in Bengaluru later in the day and had been remanded to 14-day Judicial Custody.
