Mohammed Younus (70), a resident of Rajivnagar, behind Al-Badar Masjid, passed away yesterday evening at his residence.
Brother-in-law of Moulana Mohamed Zakaulla, Khatib-o-Imam of Masjid-e-Firdous at Bannimantap and President of Mysuru District All India Milli Council, he leaves behind his wife, one son, two daughters and a host of relatives and friends.
Namaz-e-Janaza was held today after Zohar prayers (1.30 pm) at Masjid -e-Al-Badar in Rajivnagar, followed by the burial at the Muslim Burial Grounds near Tipu Circle.
