Mysore/Mysuru: The Special Court for People’s Representatives in Bengaluru has adjourned the hearing of petition filed by Snehamayi Krishna challenging the ‘B’ Report filed by Lokayukta against Chief Minister and three others in MUDA Site Scam to Jan. 5.
Snehamayi Krishna, in his written argument submitted to the Court, has alleged that the Lokayukta investigating officer had filed a ‘B’ Report concealing the facts in the case and added that an application had been filed in Court seeking for continuation of the investigation stating that fresh evidences had emerged during the investigation was only to delay the Court proceedings to protect the accused.
“The investigating officer has proved to be a stumbling block in my efforts to ensure the accused were punished in the case. In this regard the ‘B’ report has to be rejected and an opportunity must be given to prove my allegations. Additionally, a contempt of Court case has to filed against Investigating Officer T.K. Udesh for misleading the Court,” said Krishna.
