Mysore/Mysuru: Ganabharathi has organised the following music concerts at its premises in Kuvempunagar on Apr. 12:
6 pm to 7.15 pm: Flute recital by Vidwan Pranav; 7.15 pm to 8.30 pm: Karnatak Vocal Concert by Vidu. Tanmayi Hasanadka.
Both the concerts will accompanied by Vid. Rupanagudi Ratna Teja on violin and Vid. Vikram Bharadwaj on mridanga.
PROFILES
Vid. Pranav started learning music at the age of 6 with Guru Rajesh Baglodi and continued the next 4 years with Vid. K.U. Raghavendra Rao and presently continues with Guru Vid. Ravichandra Kulur. He has completed his junior grade music in vocal and flute. He has been awarded CCRT student scholarship for flute in 2017. He is also practicing mridanga under Guru Vid. Admya Ramanand. He has performed on many platforms in Bengaluru and has been recognised with many awards.
Vidu. Tanmayi Hasanadka hails from the village Hasanadka near Sullia and is the daughter of Prakash and Rupa. She is the disciple of Guru Vidushi Kanachana A. Eshwar Bhat in Karnatak music. She has been awarded scholarship for Karnatak music from Karnataka Sangeeta Nritya Academy since 2020. She has performed on many platforms like Parthasarathi Sabha, Chennai, Sunadha Music School, Puttur, Manikrishnaswamy Academy, Mangaluru and many more.
