Dr. Rajkumar Musical Group led by Mysuru Jayaram, an ardent fan of Dr. Rajkumar, has organised a musical nite (songs sung by Kannada film playback singer Rajesh Krishnan) as part of its 22nd anniversary celebrations on July 21 at 5.30 pm at Nadabrahma Sangeetha Sabha on JLB Road. Former MUDA Chairman H.V. Rajeev will inaugurate. Former Mayor Purushotham will preside. Mysuru District Brahmins Association President D.T. Prakash, Mysuru ASG Eye Hospital’s Eye Specialist Dr. Pavan V. Joshi, businessman Ravigowda, film producer M.D. Parthasarathy and City Corporation Contractors Association President Udaykumar will be the chief guests.
At the musical nite, some of Rajesh Krishnan’s hit songs for heroes like Dr. Vishnuvardhan, Dr. Shivaraj Kumar, Raghavendra Rajkumar, Dr. Puneeth Rajkumar, Ramesh Aravind, Jaggesh, Sudeep, Murali, Prem and Ramkumar, will be rendered. Singers Mysuru Jayaram, Ramachandru, Jagadish, TVS Kumar, Baluprakash, Sarvamangala, Ashwini Shastry, Shruti Mandya and Anita will also sing popular songs of Kannada films.
