Mysore/Mysuru: In aid of Mysore Builders Charitable Trust (MBCT), a Mega Property Show MyRealty-2022 is being jointly organised by Builders’ Association of India (BAI), Mysore Centre and Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) from Sept. 16 to 19 at Cosmopolitan Club in city from 10 am to 8.30 pm on all days.
Addressing a press meet at Pathrakartara Bhavan on Monday, MyRealty-2022 Expo Committee Chairman D. Srihari said that there will be 3 Platinum stalls, 4 Gold stalls, 4 Silver stalls and 36 regular stalls at the Expo. Overall it will have 47 stalls with ample space for builders, developers and home loan financial institutions to showcase their products.
Earlier, the Expo used to be a 3-day affair but now it will be on for 4 days, he said adding that buyers of sites, houses and flats can get details of all products under one roof. All prominent builders and developers will set up their stalls to showcase their projects, he said.
The entry fee for the Expo will be Rs.20.
CREDAI President N.S. Muralidhara, Secretary Harish Shenoy, Builders’ Association of India (BAI), Mysore Centre Chairman R. Raghunath, Hon. Secretary V. Srinath and MyRealty-2022 Hon. Secretary K.N. Ravishankar were present at the press conference.
