The Mysore University men’s yoga team taking part in the All India Inter-University yoga (Men and Women) Championship at KIIT University, Odisha, won the team gold with scoring 1,344 points yesterday. KIIT University secured the second place with 1340.5 points and Kurukshetra University secured he third place with 1,319 points.
In the men’s individual section, Praveen of University of Mysore secured the third place with 267.5 points.
Rupesh of Dev Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya with 272.5 points secured the first place while A.K. Sinha of KIIT, Odisha, secured the second place with 272 points.
